Programs

At Colwood Church, we love kids! We want to partner with parents to see Kids grow in the Love and Knowledge of God and learn to love and serve others.

Every Sunday, at both the 9:00am and 11:00am gatherings, Colwood Kids Team works to create a fun, safe, and understanding environment where kids can grow in learning about Jesus and in relationship with others.

Youth for Middle School Students is a fun, safe and exciting place for all students in grades 6 to 8 to connect and grow. Our Mids program is on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Each week we hope it can help students connect with God, have a place to fit in, build friendships, and have a blast!

Youth for High School Students is a group of students in grades 9 to 12, that meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The News exists to connect students in the West Shore with God and each other. We strive to be a community where each student feels welcomed and valued.

Young Adults

Do you find yourself between the ages of 18 and 30, looking for a community committed to
building connections and growing in faith together? We’d love to connect with you at our bi-monthly services and hangouts (children welcome, no childcare available).

Sisterhood

Welcome to Sisterhood - our Women’s Ministry at Colwood Church. Our hope is that our Sisterhood ministry would be a place of diverse, unique women, from all walks of life, all generations, coming together collectively to connect with one another, grow in discipleship to Jesus, and become empowered, equipped, and inspired to serve our community and our world.  

ROOTS

Roots is Colwood’s ministry geared towards mature adults aged 55+. Roots gather throughout the year for times of fellowship, fun, food, and inspiration. If you are looking for a place to connect with others, we invite you to join us at our next event!

Community Events

We love being part of Colwood and the Westshore! We also know that our community highly values events that build community and connect each other through shared interests. We offer free Community Events as a way to show our love for our community. These events can be anything from movie nights, Trunk or Treat, Jingles and Jammies, Easter Breakfast, and more. 

Kindergym

If you are looking for a place to connect with other parents and kids, then Kindergym is a great option! For kids aged 0 - 5, and the cost will be $4/child.

Learning Tree Preschool

Formerly known as Colwood Preschool, 'The Learning Tree' has been in operation since September 2002. Our program focuses on learning through play for children ages 3-5 years old. We will work together with you to provide a safe and secure early learning experience for your child. We attempt to provide a loving and caring environment with a program that meets and exceeds your child’s physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional growth.
