DARCY & LEANNE MCALISTER
PAOC MISSIONS - ASIA & CANADA
Darcy and Leanne McAlister are stepping into a new chapter with International Missions. They will begin to work in the area of non-formal leadership development. Darcy and Leanne’s passion is to see people lead from a place of health and wholeness, and they use coaching, mentoring, marriage ministry, seminars and team building to accomplish this! They will be based in Asia for six months this year, responding to the significant need and the request for help from leaders in Asia. For the other six months they will be based in Canada, doing the same thing in the Canadian context, but with a focus on developing and resourcing women (ZOE Resources) and helping men and women lead together.
Darcy and Leanne both have their MA in Leadership and are certified coaches. Darcy is also a certified Birkman consultant.
Darcy and Leanne love teaching and ministering together across Canada and around the world. Currently they live in Langley, and their home is Living Waters Church. They have three married children (Nicholas, Robyn and Ben) and the whole family is engaged in ministry. Feel free to contact them about ministry or teaching opportunities!

Tim & Barb Schindel
Leading influence ministries - Victoria & Toronto
Tim and Barb Schindel began their relationship with Colwood Church in 1989 when Tim joined our church staff as Assistant Pastor, a position he held until June 1994. Barb spent several years as Worship Director after they returned to Victoria in 2007, and continues to lead worship regularly. They are extremely proud to have their children involved in ministry in the church as well.
Leading Influence (LI) was launched by faith in 2007 out of a deep conviction that Canadian politicians need a ministry presence to serve and support them as they provide leadership to our provinces and nation. Today, LI has chaplains in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario, with plans to add chaplains in Alberta, Manitoba and Ottawa over the next several years. In addition to chaplaincy ministry, Leading Influence currently leads five daily prayer networks with 5500 participants who pray daily for provincial politicians from BC through to Ontario. Their vision includes having a functioning prayer network in every Canadian province by 2020!
While Tim and Barb call Victoria home, Tim splits his time between Victoria and Toronto where he is currently working with Ontario MPs.
IAN & TIFFANIE ROWLEY
PAOC MISSIONS - CAMBODIA
Ian and Tiffanie Rowley, along with their two daughters, Emilyn and Sophia, have served as PAOC global workers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2012. Ian oversees the Global Student Center and dorm that aims to reach university students. They engage students with a host of activities at the center, including their English/Chinese/Music school. Building genuine relationships with the 100 students housed in the dorm and also with the university students off-site, they have seen many of them come to faith, and become connected through discipleship and Bible study classes, and through attendance at Global’s young adult church. Tiffanie administers the ChildCARE Plus programs in Cambodia. There are currently 13 community-based sites and 13 staff members that help to oversee over 550 children in the program. The program helps provide the children with food for their families, medical care, and education, seeing them through to post-secondary studies. This breaks the cycle of poverty. While the physical needs are met, lives are also transformed by the gospel through intentional relationship with the staff and local bodies of believers!
